About The Muddled Mother

Hi, I’m Michelle aka The Muddled Mother. I live in Milton Keynes, England with my my two children Miss J (6) and Mr T (3) and my cat. I have been pouring my heart and soul into this blog since September 2016 as not only has it helped me, I also want to raise awareness about postnatal depression, borderline personality disorder and anxiety. My blog heavily focuses on mental health, but also includes my family life, children and is a place for honest reviews on products for every family.
